Hayden AI Announces New Leadership

San Francisco, CA – July 30, 2026– Hayden AI, the leading provider of vehicle-mounted automated enforcement solutions for public transit, today announced that Jeffrey Tarr has been appointed Executive Chair of the company’s Board of Directors. Tarr will also serve as the company’s Principal Executive Officer while the Board conducts a search for a Chief Executive Officer to succeed Marty Beard, who, for personal reasons, is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer.

Tarr is a five-time CEO with more than two decades of experience leading and transforming data-intensive, technology businesses. Most notably Tarr served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DigitalGlobe (now Vantor), where he helped establish the company as a global leader in earth imagery and geospatial intelligence serving government and commercial customers. He has also served as a director and advisor to public and private technology companies.
