Olaf Groth, Ph.D., is a global strategy, innovation, and venture development expert, adviser, capacity builder and thought-leader for disruptive and digital innovation. Following a 17-year run as an international market, venture operations, business and corporate development manager with global technology-driven multinationals, startups and consultancies, he now serves as CEO of Cambrian.ai, a globally networked advisory thinktank for the human-centric digital economy. Olaf also supports the development of future leaders for the cognitive era as Professor for Global Strategic Innovation & Economics and Program Director for Digital Futures at HULT-Ashridge International Business School, as well as adjunct instructor at Aalto Executive Education and a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley’s Roundtable on the International Economy.
