He currently holds positions of appointed professor at universities in Osaka, Japan, accelerating the commercialization of their core technologies. With over a decade at Panasonic, he has managed multi-cultural teams, commercialized cutting-edge technologies, facilitated startup partnerships, supported international business development in the United States, Europe, and China, planned new traffic management systems in Japan, encouraged innovation in visible light communications, planned systems for the government and enterprises, and developed new business areas and models. Nick specializes in technology commercialization, international business development, and facilitation of open innovation in diverse areas of Intelligent Transport System and mobility, AI, IoT, sensors and devices, InsurTech, AgTech, and so on.
